Cuba CON-PARA guarantees the protection of the data of those interested in submitting contributions, whether or not they are accepted. Personal and institutional data entered on the conference website or sent by email to the conference secretariat will be used exclusively for the purposes stated in the guidelines and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other person or institution, unless otherwise required by law.

During the review process, contributions will not be used for purposes other than those stated in the conference guidelines and will be disseminated upon publication. Rejected contributions will be filed in the conference's electronic registry and will not be used outside the terms for which they were submitted.
